Delivery & Returns

We pride ourselves on being able to offer unbelievable prices and promotional offers on a huge range of products. As such we focus incredibly hard on absolutely minimizing our delivery costs. If value is important to you we recommend our Standard UK delivery service but your order may take longer to receive. If you need your goods quicker, please select our Next Day Service and your order will be priority picked, dispatched and sent via our premium delivery services.
Shipping Policy 
All orders can be sent to UK mainland and are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Please note there may be potential delays to delivery when/if there is a problem relating to the postal service. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
 Please note once your order is dispatched it is deemed out of our control and we cannot take any responsibility for parcels which arrive late (or early) as long as we dispatched within our stated timescales.
Your order will be prepared for dispatch on a next working day from the date you place your order (not on the day you place the order).
If you have selected a tracked delivery option tracking details will be e-mailed to you. Please note it is your responsibility to manage your order following the links provided in the emails.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your books are delivered to you on time, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date or time. No refunds will be issued for delivery related issues.

Free Delivery 
For all orders over £35 we will ship your order for free. This will be using our standard delivery couriers.
Delivery times are between 3-5 days.
Lions Literature Local
Free delivery for orders over £10 within BB1 and BB2 postcodes. 
Deliveries are usually made from 09:00-19:00 on weekends.
A text message will be sent to the phone number provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.


Lions Literature Local Returns will be subject to our standard delivery free which will be deducted from your final refund.
Perishable goods (products which have an expiry date) will not be eligible for exchange or refund unless such goods are damaged, supplied incorrectly or sold not as described.
We will refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receiving the item(s) in a resalable state to the original payment method. 
If items are returned damaged we will send them back to you upon payment of the cost returning the items back to you. Lions Literature Local customers will also be subject to a delivery fee.

Return Policy 
Little Lions Literature is happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid order number.
Goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be in perfect condition in their original packaging. You can return your product by emailing sales@littlelionsliterature.com quoting your order number in the subject title and reason for return. 
You are responsible for re-packaging and paying shipping fees for the returned item(s) in a manner which guarantees their arrival with us in saleable condition. We recommend you return items to us via a trackable and insured method as goods in transit on their return to us remain your responsibility until received. We will not accept responsibility for damage to returned items caused by poor packaging or any loss or damage in transit.
